MEDITATION WITH SAM
Mondays at 12pm!
If you're ever feeling overwhelmed, you can always come back to your breath. Sam Issleb is a RYT 200 trauma informed yoga instructor whose instruction emphasizes the mind-body connection.
These meditation sessions are approximately 20 minutes and focus on a combination of mindfulness techniques, pranayama (the practice of yogic breath control), as well as other breathing exercises designed to reduce anxiety. Come as you are, no experience necessary.

MUSIC & WELLNESS WITH SHELBY FIGUEROA

As we continue to find our new normal, it can be difficult to ensure that our wellness and self-care remain a priority. Having a community of support through music can be one way we can remain resilient and nurture our sustainability as we continue this journey through life together. Music and Wellness sessions will focus on coping skills, self-care, self-expression, and more, using music as our bridge to connection and understanding. Harmonic Changes Therapy Services wants to support your health and wellness, by providing a space for you to show up and be yourself. Sessions may range from song sharing, musical meditation, and listening, to group or individual songwriting. Join Shelby Figueroa, MTI on Tuesdays at 12pm for music and wellness!
