of the month featuring expert speakers and programs
on topics of interest to our membership. Please check
our Calendar for topics and details about the presenters.
Support group meetings are held on the second Wednesdays and fourth Monday of each month. We also offer a separate group for veterans, family and
friends at the same time.
Monday meetings start at 7:15pm with registration, socialization, and announcements preceding the
meeting. The bank is just north of Devon Avenue on Western. Free adjacent parking & public transportation
are available. No meetings on bank holidays. Our

This support group meets on the first and third
Thursday of each month from 6:30 - 8:30pm. Paid
parking with validation and public transportation are available.
Palatine Public Library, 700 N. Court, Palatine
Support group meetings are held here on the first & third Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm. Consumers and family are both welcome.

We meet on the first Monday of every month from 6:30 -
8:00pm and on the first & third Tuesday of each month from 3:00 - 4:30PM. Hospital parking is available. The building is also ½ block from the Purple Line at the Central Ave. stop.

- A sudden switch from being very sad to being very - Euphoria or irritability
calm or appearing to be happy - Excessive talk; racing thoughts
- Losing interest in things one used to care about - Impulsiveness
- Having a "death wish," tempting fate by taking risks - Insomnia or oversleeping
that could lead to death, like driving through red lights - Inflated self-esteem
